1. lubricating oil pump
This type of pump is mainly used to handle grease, which has a higher consistency than lubricating oil, and it can adhere to the surface of the component, and effectively block pollutants with good sealing performance. Common lubricating oil pump types include:
1) Piston pump: Under the pressure from the oil reservoir, the electric piston exerts pressure on the grease, and the flow rate can be accurately adjusted by changing the stroke length of the plunger.
2) Folding plate pump: the grease is placed on the plate compressed by the spring follower, and the motor drives the plate to move, prompting the grease to discharge from the outlet.

It is essentially a pneumatic plunger filled with grease or oil in the cylinder, by adjusting the operating pressure and cylinder stroke, you can achieve accurate control of the flow of lubricating oil, and the air valve or level switch can automatically control the circulation of the pump.

The motor works with different pumping units, such as gears and impellers, to automate the transport of oil and specific greases, while providing advanced monitoring and control capabilities. Often referred to as a centralized lubrication system, electric pumps connect components to a lubricant storage unit and distribution pipeline network and are precisely controlled through electronic re-lubrication scheduling.
