At the same time, the oil and gas in the air poses a threat to the physical and mental health of surrounding residents and refueling operators. In addition, the oil and gas discharged into the environment is still a major safety hazard that causes fire and explosion accidents, and the volatilization of oil and gas also leads to a huge waste of resources.
Based on the requirements of current environmental regulations, oil and gas recovery measures must be implemented in the process of automobile refueling and tank truck unloading. This requirement is in line with the current development status of the domestic automobile industry. For gas stations, regardless of whether they have back-end processing means, it is necessary to ensure that oil and gas can be effectively recovered when the car is refueled and the tank truck is unloaded, and the relevant equipment equipped with gas stations must meet the testing standards stipulated by environmental regulations.
VRB-110 oil and gas recovery pump is independently developed and produced by our company, which is a equipment specially suitable for the two-stage oil and gas recovery of gasoline refueling machines in gas stations. The pump is a distributed oil and gas recovery pump, which has many advantages such as simple structure, reliable performance, low running noise, light weight and beautiful appearance. 4. Humidity conditions: The highest average relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%.
5. Explosive dangerous place: The equipment is suitable for the explosive dangerous place is zone 1, and there is ⅡB, T4 explosive gas or steam mixture environment.
Ⅲ. The working principle
The VRB-110 oil and gas recovery pump belongs to the vane pump type, and its main components include the rotor, the stator (that is, the pump ring), the blade and the cover plate on both sides (that is, the pump body and the end cover). The pump relies on the eccentric rotor in the process of rotation, so that the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and the two adjacent blades on the rotor changes, so as to realize the transmission of gas.
In particular, the rotor is a cylindrical structure with a radial groove in which a blade is arranged and the blade can slide freely in the groove. The rotor eccentricity is set in the pump body, when the rotor is driven by the motor to start to rotate, under the action of centrifugal force, the slide is tightly attached to the inner wall of the pump body. In the first half of the rotation of the rotor, the space surrounded by the adjacent two blades gradually increases, thus forming a local vacuum area to achieve gas inhalation; In the second half of the rotation of the rotor, this space is gradually reduced, and the gas is compressed and pressed into the discharge pipe.
