- Description
LPG differential valve is a valve specially used for liquefied gas system, its main function is to reduce the high pressure gas in the liquefied gas tank to the low pressure state suitable for use. This valve plays a vital role in liquefied gas equipment, ensuring the safety and stability of the gas during use.
The working principle of the LPG differential valve
The working principle of the LPG differential valve is to reduce the inlet pressure to a certain required outlet pressure through adjustment, and rely on the energy of the medium itself to keep the outlet pressure automatically stable. Specifically, when the high pressure gas enters the pressure reducing valve from the entrance, the sealing pad inside the valve will be pushed up, driving a lever to block the valve’s air outlet, thereby controlling the pressure of the gas coming out of the valve so that it is not too large. In addition, a spring will be installed on the valve, and by adjusting the pressure of the spring on the lever, the pressure of the gas coming out of the valve can be controlled within a certain range to meet the needs of use. Some advanced pressure reducing valves are also equipped with pressure indicators so that users can monitor the pressure situation in real time.
The role of the LPG differential valve
The main function of the LPG differential valve is to control the pressure behind the valve to ensure that normal operation can be adjusted even under the condition of maximum or minimum flow. The pressure reduction ratio must be higher than the system value to a certain extent to ensure stable operation under various working conditions.
